These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the services offered by The Repair Space, operated by Marie Aube Lambert. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or services.
2. Nature of Services
The Repair Space provides non-medical, non-clinical services including hypnotherapy (RTT-informed), emotional support, nervous-system regulation practices, and coaching-based approaches for personal development and emotional well-being.
These services are not psychotherapy, not psychological treatment, and not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or licensed mental health care.
No diagnosis is made, and no medical or mental health condition is treated through this website or associated services.
Participation in services does not create a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship.
Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Licensure Disclosure
Services provided by The Repair Space are offered in the capacity of a hypnotherapist and coach, and not as a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health professional in the State of California.
If you require psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or diagnosis, you should seek services from a licensed mental health professional in your local jurisdiction.

Emergency Disclaimer
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal ideation, or a medical emergency, please seek immediate assistance by contacting emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider. The Repair Space does not provide crisis or emergency care.
3. Eligibility
Services are offered to adults (18 years and older).
By booking a session, you confirm that you are legally able to consent to this work and that you take full responsibility for your participation.
4. Clarity Call
A free Clarity Call may be offered to explore your needs and determine whether this work is appropriate for you.
The Clarity Call does not constitute therapy or treatment and does not create a therapeutic relationship unless both parties explicitly agree to move forward.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are discussed during the Clarity Call once the appropriate level and duration of support have been identified.
Payment is required prior to the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are payable in full and are non-transferable.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be charged in full, except in cases of genuine emergency.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and handled with care.
Confidentiality may only be broken if required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Please note that online communication cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure, though reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.
8. Client Responsibility
You understand that change is a personal process and that results cannot be guaranteed.
By engaging in this work, you accept responsibility for your emotional well-being, choices, and actions both during and after sessions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and materials, is the property of The Repair Space and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Repair Space and Marie Aube Lambert shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of this website or services.
